My name is Haneefah Rhodes and I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner as well as the founder of Healing Hands Family Practice, LLC. With years of experience in primary care, geriatrics, community health, and psychiatric care, I am dedicated to serving patients of all ages with compassion, excellence, and integrity.

I specialize in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and mental health services, while also focusing on empowering patients with the knowledge and tools they need to live healthier, fuller lives. 

My approach is centered on treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit; so that individuals and families feel supported at every stage of their health journey.

Healthcare for me is not just a profession; it’s a calling. I see each patient encounter as an opportunity to encourage, uplift, and walk alongside you as a trusted partner in your wellness journey.

When I am not in the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my son, relaxing outdoors, and sharing my passion for faith, wellness, and community empowerment.
