Healing Hands Family Practice is a direct-pay practice and is not currently in-network with insurance plans. This allows us to offer more personalized, prevention-focused care with transparent pricing and fewer insurance restrictions. 

Patients may still use insurance for outside services such as imaging, prescriptions, or specialty care when applicable. We accept HSA/FSA and can provide receipts or superbills upon request. We encourage you to book a free Discovery Call or attend a seminar to learn whether our model is a good fit.

Spouses, significant others, or anyone who helps you make important healthcare decisions are strongly encouraged to attend seminars with you. This allows everyone to hear the same information, understand our care model, and ask questions together.

For evaluations, we require that your spouse, significant other, healthcare proxy, or decision-maker be present for the first evaluation only when they are involved in helping you make healthcare decisions about your care. This helps ensure everyone understands the recommendations, expectations, program options, and next steps before moving forward.

After the first evaluation, they do not have to be physically present for future visits unless you would like them to attend or the provider recommends it.

Yes. Healing Hands Family Practice accepts HSA/FSA payments when applicable. We can also provide receipts or superbills upon request so patients may submit them for possible reimbursement depending on their plan.

No. If you are accepted into the practice, Healing Hands Family Practice does not require you to leave your current primary care provider. We can work in collaboration with your existing provider to support your wellness, functional medicine, integrative care, and overall health goals.

Yes, when medically appropriate. Medication decisions are made by the provider after reviewing your health history, current symptoms, risks, benefits, and applicable laws. Some medications, including controlled substances, may require an in-person evaluation before prescribing through telehealth.
