Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Patients who arrive more than 10 minutes late to their appointment may be asked to reschedule. This allows us to stay on schedule and provide every patient with the attention they deserve.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $35 late cancellation fee.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a “no-show.”

A $50 no-show fee will be applied to your account.

Repeated no-shows may result in dismissal from the practice.

All late cancellation and no-show fees are the patient’s responsibility.

Fees must be paid before scheduling future appointments.

We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made at the provider’s discretion for unforeseen circumstances.
